Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Do You Charge By the Hour?

InOrder organizing services are charged by the hour. ReNew cleaning services are charged at a flat rate. Additional fees may apply.

Consultation vs Immediate organization?

Immediate organization is for small projects that don’t require lots of materials to be purchased and can be completed in less than 4 hours. We suggest consultations for large projects, garages, luxury projects, and business organization.

Deep clean vs Basic cleaning?

Deep cleaning will service your baseboards, doors, light switches, and vent coverings. Basic cleaning is including with a deep clean.

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family, so we clean up after them as well! Pets leave dander and require a little extra care to renew spaces and that comes with an extra fee. During service we recommend that you keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable, happy and safe. Not all of our furry friends like loud noises or unfamiliar people in their space.

What should I do before my appointment?

- closet organization: wash all clothes
- put away any valuables that will not be organized 
- leave out any sheets/bedding to be changed
- tidy surfaces to be clean
- empty dishwasher

How far ahead should I book an appointment?

All appointments should be booked a minimum of 24 hours ahead of time.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. All services require a deposit to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from you final invoice. All deposits are non refundable. In the case of a reschedule a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

How late can I cancel?

Appointments need to be canceled 24 hours prior to an appointment time. Clients who cancel fewer than 24 hours prior to their appointment time will be billed in full cost of the day’s schedule service.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Travel fees are incurred after 30 miles from our office at a rate of $1 a mile round trip per vehicle.

Do You Offer Video Consultations?

Yes. We will send a zoom link or schedule a FaceTime session.

Do you provide supplies?

-In most cases, clients will cover the cost of supplies, such as storage containers, labels, file folders, shelving, etc. We will purchase the items and the cost will be billed in the final invoice. 

-cleaning products are provided unless otherwise stated by the client.
